This is the transitional English page for our Privacy Policy. The legally binding version under EU law (GDPR / DSGVO and the German TDDDG) is the German original. Please refer to that for the full legal text.

Summary

  • We use a custom Consent-Mode v2 banner. Tracking stays denied until you actively accept.
  • If you accept analytics, anonymous Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data is collected via Google Tag Manager.
  • No ads tracking, no ad personalization, no cross-site fingerprinting — all ad-storage signals stay denied.
  • You can change your decision anytime via the “Privacy Settings” link in the footer.

Contact form

The form on Contact & Community sends first name, last name, email, subject, your message and optional phone number to bachatazoukroyals@gmail.com via our configured SMTP service. We use the data to answer your request and organise tickets, workshops, press, and partner contacts (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) for ticket/contract requests, otherwise legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f)). We never publish your submission or pass it on for advertising.

Newsletter via Brevo

The newsletter signup on the same page is operated through Brevo (legal entity: Sendinblue SAS, 106 Boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France). We process your email address, optionally your first name, your language, the source page, the opt-in timestamp and list/delivery status information. The legal basis is your explicit consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) (the checkbox is never pre-ticked). After submitting the form, Brevo sends a confirmation email; you are only added to the newsletter list after clicking the confirmation link. You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to bachatazoukroyals@gmail.com. The newsletter list is not sold or shared with third-party mailers.

Brevo CRM & company linking

Brevo can automatically create a company entry and link it to your contact record when your email address belongs to a business domain. We use this to organise partner, sponsor, press, and dance-school contacts (legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f)). Brevo’s paid AI enrichment service "Aura" is not active — no external data enrichment of your contact takes place. You can object to this CRM processing at any time.
